Have I ever mentioned that I like potlucks in Japan. They are ahhmaazzzing! We had a pot luck last Sunday at Church and had everything from mac & cheese to onigiri (rice wrapped in sea weed paper). We have some amazing cooks at our church who always bring something new for us to try.
